The system features a small silent 12v mains powered electric fish tank type pump to maintain continuous circulation of water into a drinking basin. It features a large water reservoir (2.5 litres), the bowl holds a similar amount, activated carbon filters keep your pets water clean, fresh and cool. There is a timer to control pump operation. The Doghealth Pet Water Fountain is especially beneficial for those animals with urinary tract disorders, by keeping the water in circulation it is prevented from becoming stagnant and additionally many pets prefer to drink from moving water. By being easily accessible to your pet, the fountain helps to discourage pets seeking water from other sources in your house. As well as keeping the water clean and reducing bacteria, the movement of the water cools it naturally. Supplied with activated carbon filters to remove debris, the filters can be easily replaced with standard fish tank filters. Supplied with timer allowing for 30 minute and 60 minute on/off cycles. The Doghealth pet fountain can be configured in 3 different ways to suit your pets. The standard set up features a mushroom shaped water fall. We also supply a separate spray nozzle and also a fountain nozzle so that you can choose the water dispersal system best suited to your pet.
